I use principals of child-centered play therapy with children, which help them work through their issues and concerns in a therapeutic play environment. Play is for children their natural medium of expression and it is for them what speech is to adults. It is a medium for expressing feelings, exploring relationships, disclosing wishes, therefore working through hurts and trauma.

I am a qualified trainer in Filial Therapy, which is a method of teaching parents to do play therapy with their own children. This is a view through the one way mirror allowing parents to observe their own children in a safe and comfortable play environment. This viewing is helpful for parents to learn Filial therapy principalsng sessions.
